如何用105人每月生產200萬支高端聚合物特種電池?

How do we produce 2M pieces of high-end special lipo batteries per month with only 105 employees?

 

聚合物電池已經有十幾年的歷史, 技術很成熟了; 六年前, 基安比的工程師別人在做熟的時候,在廣州開始特種(超小, 彎曲及超薄)電池, 同時完善一些電池高性能。到現在,他們掌握了如何105人每月生產200萬高端特種聚合物電池的技術要求, 公司于是在2013, 東莞一江之隔的園洲建起的自己的工業園, 成為中國專門生產彎曲電池, 特小聚合物電池, 超薄電池等最大的生產基地.

Lithium ion batteries have been in development for over ten years. Six years ago, an engineer at GMB began to make special (tiny, curved and thin) batteries. Now, we have mastered the technical requirements of how to produce 2M pieces of high-end special lipo batteries per month with only 105 employees. Our company established its own industrial park in Yuanzhou across the river from Dongguan in 2013 becoming the largest production base of specialized curved batteries, tiny lipo batteries and ultra-thin batteries in China.

他們是做了那些事? How do we do it?

 

不管你生產什么大小的聚合物電池, 如果你要生產質量好的, 四大生產要素是你得首先考慮的, 即車間的生產溫度濕度, 化學品攪拌, 極片上的化學物質涂布和極片的滾壓。

No matter what size of lipo battery you produce, if you want high quality you must  first consider four factors in production: the production temperature and humidity in the workshop, the material mixing process, proper coating, and an accurate pressing machine.

生產車間的溫度及濕度, 尤其是在溫濕度高的南方,必需嚴格控制的,尤其要生產性能穩定,并具備滿足高端電池要求條件。 高端電池有各種要求,如較普通電池長30%的續航能力,高低溫性能, 快充電功能, 微小電池能大功率工作等, 絕不能有普通聚合物氣脹等。 生產一般的聚合物電池, 設置一些普通空調和一些民用除濕機放在車間,然后加長極片的烘烤除去微量水份, 而只在注液工序增加小功率的工業除溫機, 因此五千平米的車間花個十幾萬足矣, 生產出的電池也能滿足普通用戶的要求.

基安比要生產高端電池,配備大型的除濕機, 整個一樓的車間五千平米的工作區, 配備了三臺機芯為端士產的大型工業除濕機, 每個車間作100%密封處理, 溫濕中央控制, 保證所有車間的溫濕度一致。 僅第一層,就耗資是普通聚合物電池生產車間的10倍, 180萬元, 放眼看去, 很是亮麗。

 

The production temperature and humidity in the workshop, especially the high temperature and humidity in Southern China, is strictly controlled. This ensures the manufacture of stable products that set the standard for high-end performance batteries. There are a few requirements for high-end batteries such as: a 30% (or more) longer life span than a common battery, the capacity to handle high and low temperatures, a faster charge function, a high discharge rate for smaller batteries, no swelling like common batteries have etc. First we produce a common lipo battery using common air-conditioners and civilian dehumidifiers in the workshop. We then extend the pole piece bake time to remove any trace of moisture. Next we increase the low-power industrial dehumidifier in the workshop for the process of injecting electrolytes. We spared no expense in making a five thousand square meter workshop capable of producing  batteries that meet the requirements of our customers.

Each workshop makes the sealing process perfect. The whole first floor is a five thousand square meter working area equipped with three large industrial dehumidifiers from Switzerland. They are the central control on the temperature and humidity, making sure all the workshops are the same temperature. The first floor alone cost 10 times as much as a common lipo battery workshop a grand total of 1.8 million RMB. The results look beautiful.

想要電池好, 首先得把材料攪拌均勻,無氣泡。 如果要做高端的電池,在高速攪拌中還得保持材料的干溫度及溫()度,那就得用這臺真空雙模恒溫全自動攪拌機了。

Want a good battery? You must first mix the ingredients evenly, with no bubbles. If you want a high-end battery, you must maintain a dry temperature and humidity of the material during the high speed stirring process. This is accomplished in the vacuum dual mode constant temperature automatic mixer. (Pictured below)

聚合物電池高端電池,第一就要續航能力要強,容量均一, 這就得看攪拌好的極性材料能非常均勻的涂在正負級的兩面,然后要非常均勻地將它們烘干, ()圖的設備就是干這個的。

The high-end lipo batteries must receive an even coating of the polarity material mixture on both the positive and negative sides. This gives it a longer battery life and uniform capacity. The equipment shown below coats and evenly dries the sheets.

為進一步確保電池續航能力及容量的一致性,需要進一步的提高片的能量密度, 這臺機器就是做這的,兩對大滾輪重達12噸,控制盤設好了, 在電腦的控制下,隨時調節兩輪之間的間隙度,壓出的片厚度誤差厚度在0.0001毫米, 確保每個電池具有一樣的高容量密度。

The machine with the two large 12 tonne idler wheels pictured above is improving the energy density of the sheet. This process further ensures the consistency of increased battery life and capacity. The control board that can be directed via computer can adjust the gap between the two wheels at any time. The tolerance for the thickness of the sheet is 0.0001mm. This ensures that each cell has the same high capacity density.

到此應該大功告成,遠遠還沒有!! 基安彼要做的是高端物種電池,        即彎曲電池, 超薄電池及超小聚合物電池.小到什么程度? 比你的指甲還小!! 人工操作這種小電池的級片的極耳焊接, 極片卷繞困難,速度慢; 加之人是有情緒的,大批量生產時, 電池的穩定性不能保證, 導致合格率下降, 最疑義。對于電池生產前段工序,我們可以購買最好的設備,而生產這種微小的,或超薄的,或微小彎曲的電池,市場上沒有現在的設備。 而這些生產瓶頸就是我們現在的優勢。一個工人一天只能卷繞只能卷出500只電池, 一天十萬只的產量需要200個工人, 而我們只要十臺特種卷繞機,而且從不鬧情緒. 其它的生產工序在過去六年中, 使我們一百位工人用二班, 每月生產出二百萬高端特種電池.

這些電池生產出來后, 不僅要進行高溫老化, 同時要在高溫中經受相對濕度為95%的考驗. 然后QC工程師要對這批電池進行針刺, 擠壓,碰撞, 跌落等安全試驗后進行包裝, 送到您的手上.

 

But we are not done yet!! GMB produces high quality curved, ultra-thin and small lipo batteries. How small? Smaller than your nails! Manual operation on this little battery’s sheet and tabs is very difficult and slow. A great deal of patience is required to roll the positive and negative sheet. Emotions can run high at work,   especially in mass production, and if we cannot guarantee the stability of the battery, it could result in a declining passing rate. This scenario is very unrealistic however. We can buy the best equipment for the process of battery production, but there is no single device on the market now that can produce these tiny, ultra-thin, or tiny curved batteries alone. Our production method is our advantage. A worker can only roll out 500pcs of batteries per day, so 100,000pcs battery per day will need 200 workers. GMB only needs 10 sets of special rolling machines, and no one gets disgruntled. In the past six years, we only needed 100 worker operating in two shifts in order to produce 2000000pcs of special high-end batteries.

 

After the battery production, they undergo tests without aging them in a relative humidity of 95% at high temperature. The QC engineer will then perform safety tests such as acupuncture, extrusion, impact, and drop tests before we send our batteries straight to your hands.

You do not yet know the advanced technology batteries that this equipment can produce. You have to try our 85 high temperature battery and see how many days it can be stored; Try our -40 low temperature battery, it can discharge any percentage capacity; Try the lightest battery in the world, see if there are any lighter than it; Try the fast charge lithium polymer battery and test them for three minutes to see if they can be charged to 95% capacity...
